Nationwide direct mortgage lender US Mortgage Corporation announced the appointment of Alana Dorbandt as its new vice president and division lending manager. In the new role, Dorbandt will lead the company’s expansion into the Southwest Region.
Dorbandt was most recently the regional sales leader at Lower for over 15 years and has 24 years of overall experience in the financial services realm. Her new role also includes spearheading initiatives to help US Mortgage’s loan officers drive sales, developing key lending partnerships and ensuring clients receive ‘You and US’ service.
“Alana’s extensive experience and dedication to excellence make her the ideal leader to drive our expansion and investment into the Southwest Region,” said Steven Milner, CEO of US Mortgage. “We are confident that her leadership will positively impact the overall growth and success of US Mortgage.”

US Mortgage is a Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac direct seller and servicer with over 30 Branches and is licensed in all 50 states. In 2024, the company produced a total volume of $487.79 million, per Modex Data, with an average monthly production of $40.65 million.
