Qatar Airways has launched two separate offers to celebrate the National Day of the State of Qatar for travel between December 26 and May 31, 2025.
Privilege Club members can save 20% to 30% on select fare classes, and business/first class passengers get a 50% Qpoints boost. Economy passengers can enjoy a 50% bonus in Avios earned.

Note that the bonus Qpoints and Avios offer is only available for Privilege Club members whose account address is in Qatar.
The discount is applicable to the following fare classes:
Economy Class:
Up to 30% on base fare on booking classes: O, T, Q
Business Class:
Up to 20% on base fare on booking class: R
First Class (Except for destinations with 3 cabins):
Up to 20% on base fare on booking class: A
Conclusion
It is unclear if these offers are independent of each other, but at least there was nothing on the T&Cs of the bonus Qpoints/Avios offer that would require you to book one of these special fared to earn the bonus, but rather to make sure that the book and travel period are within the set ones.
I would imagine that Qatar’s fares ex-Doha are likely extremely high, as they control the market pretty much.

The offer discount is valid only on Qatar Airways return flight itineraries.
This offer cannot be combined with publicly available promotional fares. Retiree & Amiri discounts are excluded.
Seats are limited and are subject to availability.
Advance purchase, minimum and maximum stay requirement may apply. Maximum stay: 6 months.
Standard child/infant discount apply.
Savings apply on base fare only. The offer discount is deducted from the ‘fare per passenger’ amount visible in the ‘payment summary’ after flight selection. Any other taxes, service fees, or standard market charges will be payable and displayed at the time of booking and are not subject to any discount.
Changes and cancellation
Tickets are non-endorsable and non-transferable.
Taxes are subject to change without prior notice.

Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show and no-show penalties will apply.

Terms and conditions of the bonus Avios & Qpoints offers:
This offer is only applicable to main members who are residing in Qatar as per their privilege club account.
Booking Period: 8 December 2024 – 18 December 2024.
Travel Period: 26 December 2024 – 31 May 2025.
To be eligible for Bonus Avios/Qpoints, members need to ensure to quote their Privilege Club number at the time of booking or check-in so that Avios/Qpoints are credited automatically after travelling.
If the passenger is not a Privilege Club member, they can join at qatarairways.com or Qatar Airways mobile app and update the booking with their membership number to earn bonus Avios and Qpoints.
Members will earn bonus Avios and Qpoints on the base Avios and Qpoints earned on Qatar Airways flight during the offer period.
Other promotional bonus, family accrued Avios, tier bonus Avios and Qpoints will not be considered in the calculation of the offer bonus.
Bonus Avios and Qpoints are calculated based on the combination of booking date, flight date, cabin, fare family purchased.
Bonus Avios or Qpoints will be awarded based on the originally booked cabin of travel. If a member upgrades their flight to Business or First Class, the bonus will still be applied according to the booked cabin, not the flown cabin.
Offer is applicable only for flights marketed and operated by Qatar Airways.
In case of overlapping campaigns, members will earn the highest bonus currency.
Members may use this offer more than once during the offer period.
Offer is not applicable for tickets issued prior to booking period start date and after booking period end date.
Existing tickets issued prior to the offer booking period, reissued during the offer period will not be eligible for the promotional bonus.
