Accor loves various subscription card products (it currently has five ), and they launched an ALL Signature originally only for members in Brazil back in 2022 (read more here and here).
They have a subscription sale to celebrate the various Cyber Offers this month (read more here), which ends on Monday (December 2).

The product has been open for everyone for a while (they originally had a CPF requirement – a Brazilian tax number), and the sign-up pages are now also available in English (probably an indication of where the demand is).
ALL Signature Absolute comes with a monthly bonus (5,000) and elite (1,000) qualifying points, with some additional bonus points every four months. Plus, there is now a 15% discount for signing up for the yearly plan during Accor’s Black Friday promotion through December 2, 2024.

The Absolute comes with 1,000 status and 5,000 award points monthly, plus 5,000 bonus award points every four months.
There are two main benefits of ALL Signature Absolute:
1. Bonus ALL Points
You receive 5,000 ALL points per month + an additional 5,000 bonus points every 4 months for 75,000 ALL points in 12 months.
75,000 ALL points are worth 1,500 euros towards Accor hotel stays (and you can transfer them to some partners that is generally NOT worth it).
The non-discounted price of ALL SIGNATURE is 6,720 BRL ($1,123) but 5,712 BRL ($956) during the current sale. The discounted price in euros is 904 compared to the award point value of 1,500 euros you earn over the 12 months, representing a 40% discount.
2. Status Points
ALL Signature comes with 1,000 status points per month for a total of 12,000 status points per year. However, it does not come with bonus nights like Accor’s ALL PLUS cards in Europe (Voyageur and IBIS) and China or Accor Plus in Asia-Pacific.
Bonus Benefit
+ There is an additional benefit not mentioned in the matrix above. ALL SIGNATURE members seem eligible for higher bonus points on some of Accor ALL’s promotions for stays in Brazil, Latin, and North America, and there are occasional other bonus opportunities.
Accor ALL Status Requirements:
Based on the monthly status points earned from ALL Signature Absolute, you will be very close to qualifying for Platinum status (you need less than 1,000 euros in additional hotel spending at full-point-earning properties), and you can reach Diamond by spending 5,600 euros (at brands that award full points).

You first need to choose the plan you would like to purchase.
You add the promo code in the next step.
You complete the payment online.
Your online account immediately shows your subscription status.
The first deposit of status and award points hit your account instantaneously.
The payment comes through as “TRAVEL,” at least with Chase. If you decide to purchase this product and wonder what credit card to use, keep this in mind.
Conclusion
Accor offers discounted ALL Signature subscriptions a few times a year, but this Black Friday sale tends to provide the lowest price.
The program essentially allows you to buy a “fast track” to Platinum on the spend. Over 12 months, you earn a nice chunk of ALL points at a discount that you can later use towards stays.
There are some additional benefits that are mostly irrelevant for those not living or frequently traveling to Brazil.
There is no downside to signing up for ALL Signature Absolute, as the award points earned alone cover the purchase price and then some.
