Korean Air today launched its new graphic branding and airplane livery. By 2027, it aims to unite all the group airlines under the same umbrella.
Korean Air dropped the AIR from the airline livery, and the font and tail have been updated from the 1984 design that is still in use today.

Conclusion
The current livery has started to look a bit dated but is easily recognizable, as it has been around for 41 years now.
The new branding is due to Korean Air’s takeover of Asiana, which will be folded under Korean in early 2027.
Korean will also consolidate the group’s three low-cost carriers, Air Busan, Air Seoul, and Jin Air into one.
