IHG has launched a Buy Points Cyber Sale with an increased limit that runs through December 13, 2024. Members that have previously maxed out their yearly limit can purchase more under this sale.
IHG frequently sells its points (the maximum bonus is 100%), and members can buy up to 150,000 every calendar year. The purchase limit is sometimes increased up to 250,000 300,000 points (check your account).
