IHG has launched a new 15% off worldwide Award Flash Sale, which is initially open to cobranded cardholders and then shortly after to IHG One Rewards Platinum and Diamond members.
Although the exact booking deadline is unclear, the discounted rates are valid for stays through April 7, 2025.

Note that the award sale is valid for stays of 3 nights or less, but you can always make multiple bookings to have preferred stay length.
You cannot combine this offer with the fourth-night free award benefit cobranded cardholders.

Unfortunately, IHG does a terrible job communicating these offers for its members, as a friend alerted me about this when these rates had started to pop up for award searches he was making for a stay.
If the past is of any indication, I would assume that this discount will soon also be available for Diamond and Platinum members.
