Hilton has a new accommodation partner in Orlando, which is lumped with AutoCamp and Small Luxury Hotels of the World regarding Honors participation and the general T&Cs.
The Evermore Complex has 2,013 bedrooms in various houses, flats, and villas and also includes the Conrad Orlando Hotel, which opened in 2024.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hilton, and form part of, and are hereby incorporated by reference into, Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement. Bookings at Partner Accommodations through the Sites are also subject to Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement and the Additional Terms described in Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement. Capitalized words that are not defined in these Terms have the meanings specified in the Site Usage Agreement.
As used throughout these Terms, “Hilton” may refer to one or more entities of the Hilton group of companies, and one or more of their direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates. “Hilton” is used for convenience only and is not intended as a precise designation of any one particular entity.
By searching for or booking a Partner Accommodation through the Sites, or by affirmatively accepting these Terms, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
BOOKINGS AND STAYS
The Sites will display only those Partner Accommodations that maintain a current commercial relationship with Hilton. Not all Partner Accommodations or their products or services are bookable through Hilton or made available through the Sites. The Partner Accommodations made available for booking by Hilton are subject to change without notice.
When you book a Partner Accommodation through the Sites, your reservation will be directly with the Partner Accommodation and not with Hilton. You further agree that your booking will be subject to any applicable Partner Accommodation policies and terms that they may provide to you. A booking is only valid after it is confirmed by or on behalf of the Partner Accommodation.
The information regarding Partner Accommodations, including availability, safety standards, Amenities, accessible features, house rules, sustainability efforts, pricing, and cancellation policies, is provided by the Partner Accommodations themselves and not by Hilton. Partner Accommodations are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of this information even if the information is provided through the Sites. Prior to booking a Partner Accommodation, please familiarize yourself with the policy for modifying or cancelling your reservation, as cancellation policies vary by Partner Accommodation. Hilton cancellation policy(ies) do not apply to Partner Accommodations. You understand and agree that, from time to time, a booking may be cancelled by the Partner Accommodation, and you agree that Hilton is not responsible for any such cancellations.
Hilton does not own, operate, license, franchise or control the Partner Accommodations. Each Partner Accommodation is managed by its own property manager that is responsible for the Partner Accommodations and the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the content and information they provide.
Please be aware that your experience at Partner Accommodations may differ significantly from that at Hilton properties, as Hilton Brand Standards including the safety standards do not apply. Some Partner Accommodations are not traditional hotels. The level of support provided by Hilton for issues such as call center assistance, changes, and cancellations may be limited due to Partner Accommodations not being fully integrated into Hilton’s technology or processes.
HILTON HONORS PROGRAM
Participation in the Hilton Honors program is governed by its own terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.hilton.com/en/ilton-honors/terms/. For details on how the Hilton Honors program applies to Partner Accommodations, please refer to the Hilton Honors’ terms and conditions. Hilton Honors benefits for stays at Partner Accommodations are available exclusively for bookings made through the Sites.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Partner Accommodations independently determine their own rates and fees. Rates and discounts negotiated for Properties that operate under a Hilton brand do not apply to Partner Accommodations.

You agree to pay all charges and taxes associated with your Partner Accommodation booking. For bookings that require a security deposit, the Partner Accommodation is responsible for collecting and refunding any security deposit at its sole discretion.

Hilton Honors benefits at Evermore Orlando Resort:
- Hilton Honors, the loyalty program of Hilton hotels—which covers more than 7,000 properties across the globe as one of the largest hotel chains in the world—will now be available at Evermore Orlando Resort.
- Hilton Honors members will earn Base Points for their Evermore stay when booked through Hilton’s channels.
- Base points are earned for all eligible accommodation charges incurred during the guest’s stay for room rate only; this does not include any ancillary room or outlet spending.
- Depending on the Hilton Honors member tier, elite Hilton Honors members may receive tier Bonus Points (20%, 80% or 100%). Members may also earn Hilton Honors Points for eligible charges to Hilton Honors credit cards.
- Evermore guests can use their Hilton Honors Points for Reward Stays – either by using full Point redemptions or Point redemptions combined with money. Two-bedroom villas will be available for Standard Room Reward Stays, while larger units will be available for Premium Room Reward Stays. The actual number of Points required for a Reward Stay may vary depending on the accommodation chosen, time of year and cost of a room or vacation rental unit.
- Given the residential-style amenities available in the Evermore units, Gold and Diamond-level Honors members booking Evermore stays through Hilton will receive Hilton Honors Bonus Points (2,000 Points Per Stay for Diamonds, 1,000 Points Per Stay for Golds) for their stay in lieu of a Daily Food and Beverage credit.
- The Conrad Orlando welcomes Evermore guests to enjoy its restaurants and spa; however, some hotel amenities (such as the hotel’s pool and beach) are reserved for hotel guests only. Guests staying in Evermore units have access to Evermore’s dedicated pool and beach.
- The Evermore units are owned and managed by Evermore Hospitality but available through Hilton’s booking engines.
Conclusion
This opens up opportunities for Hilton Honors members to use their points for standard accommodations suitable for families or those traveling with several friends.
There won’t be elite benefits when staying at Evermore beyond the bonus points and a standard number of points instead of daily breakfast.
You also won’t earn Honors points for anything else than the accommodation base. Food & Beverage and any other expenses at Evermore Orlando are non-qualifying.
