Hilton and Turkish Airlines have launched a promotion that allows Miles&Smiles members to earn 1,000 bonus miles for one stay by June 30, 2025.
These bonus miles are in addition to the usual Honors points you earn for your stay. You don’t need to change your earning preference to partner miles, but you must have Turkish Airlines in your Honors profile as a Preferred Travel Partner.

Note that you can only earn the 1,000 bonus miles ONCE, regardless of how many times you may stay with Hilton through June 30th. You must register for this offer by April 30th to be eligible.

I have quite a few airlines listed on my Honors profile due to the Double Dip option they had in the past and where there were never-ending bonus miles offers with travel partners (nowadays very rarely).
Conclusion
This is easy: Hilton Honors members who stay at least once by June 30th will receive 1,000 Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles miles.
The double dip feature that Hilton had with these airlines was great when combined with bonus mile offers, but alas, those are all gone, and nowadays, these opportunities with Hilton are infrequent.
