Hilton this week extended its Gold and Diamond fast-track offers to businesses with Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) accounts. The offers are valid for signups through October 2, 2025.
Eligible corporate travelers can sign up for this match and extend the tier or get a Diamond by staying 10 nights within 90 days. The tiers from this fast-track offer are valid until March 31, 2027.

Note that there have previously been instant Diamond offers for select corporate travelers with a fast track to keep them, like is the case with the Gold here, but those are not yet active for this year (I have checked them a few times since January 1).
Both paid and award nights are valid for these nights that you need to consume during the promo period.
You need an email address from an eligible Hilton HWS account to be eligible for this fast track. You can see if your employer is eligible by visiting the Hilton’s website.

Who is eligible for this offer?
All employees or travelers associated with a HWS account that has a designated B2B Fast Track offer in place and a valid company email domain are eligible to register.
When should I register for the Fast Track offer?
After registering for Fast Track, the traveler has 90 days to complete night requirements, so Members should register for the offer when they know they have upcoming travel within a 90 day period. Nights are only counted after the Member registers and must be completed by the end of the promotion period.
Will my status be downgraded if I sign up for an instant offer below my current status?
Members who sign up for an instant offer that is below their current status, (ie. Gold member signs up for an instant Silver promotion) will NOT have their status downgraded. The benefit of their registration is that if their status was set to expire, the Fast Track allows them the opportunity to extend their status to the following year if they meet the night requirements.
What if I already have the status offered by the Fast Track?
Participating in this offer could extend the Member’s status for an additional year if the criteria are met, per the offer’s terms and conditions.
How will I know if I qualified for upgraded status?
Members registered for this promotion can view account details for status change upon completing night criteria online at HiltonHonors.com. Additionally, if earning a new status, the Member will receive an automated email.

What if I am already a Hilton Honors member?

Can I register for multiple Fast Track promotions?

If I recently stayed at a Hilton before registering for the Fast Track offer, how can I get credit for those previous stays?
You cannot retroactively add stays and count those towards Fast Track progress. Only stays and nights completed after registering for the Fast Track and before the end of the promotion period count toward night requirements.
Do nights apply to all Hilton hotels or just specific brands?
The nights apply to all hotels within the Hilton portfolio globally.
How long will my new status be valid?
Once the Member has reached a certain Elite tier, the Member may keep such status for the calendar year in which the Elite tier was earned as well as the subsequent calendar year.
