Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) has a launch offer for stays at two Paramount Hotels in Dubai through April 30, 2025, and it has now extended its booking deadline.
GHA Discovery members who book between November 14 and December 14 26 can earn a D$25, D$50, or D$75 bonus for each stay during the promo period.

Bonus points are dependent on the qualifying folio spent:
- D$25 bonus for net eligible spends of USD 250–399.
- D$50 bonus for net eligible spends of USD 400–499.
- D$75 bonus for net eligible spends of USD 500 and more
Note that this is NOT based on cumulative spending across multiple stays, but each stay is evaluated for bonus D$ based on the above chart.

Conclusion
It is rather interesting that Paramount has licensed its name to a developer who has used it for a couple of themed hotels in Dubai.
At least there are more opportunities for GHA Discovery members to earn D$, elite qualifying nights, and brands.

Participation conditions
To participate in the offer, members must complete a qualified eligible booking within the promotional period (14 November 2024 – 26 December 2024) and complete the eligible stay related to that booking within the required stay period (14 November 2024 – 30 April 2025). The eligible stay must be completed and the member must be checked out on or before 30 April 2025 for the Promotional D$ to be awarded. Ongoing stays with a checkout date after 30 April 2025 will not receive Promotional D$.
Bookings made prior to 14 November 2024, will also not be considered towards the promotion.
Bookings must be made through the following channels: www.paramounthotelsdubai.com, ghadiscovery.com, GHA DISCOVERY app or directly with the hotel.
“Eligible Stays” for this Promotion are stays made during the Promotional Stay Period that are not at an Ineligible Rate (defined below) and which have a minimum Net Eligible Spend (defined below) of USD 250 per stay.
For stays with the same check-out and check-in date at the same property, only the spend from the first stay will be counted toward the spend threshold for Promotional DISCOVERY Dollar (D$) earnings. Subsequent stays on the same date at the same property are not eligible for additional Promotional DISCOVERY Dollar (D$).
“Net Eligible Spend” for the purposes of this Promotion is the revenue shown on the member’s check out folio on an Eligible Stay (excluding taxes and service charges) on which the member is eligible for earning Base DISCOVERY Dollars. Net Eligible Spend excludes any amount on the folio that is paid for using DISCOVERY Dollars and may also exclude spending at hotel outlets such as restaurants or spas where these are excluded from earning Base DISCOVERY Dollars.
Each booking and stay within the promotion period is evaluated individually, and eligible spend is NOT combined cumulatively across stays for rewards.
For bookings with multiple rooms, only two rooms will be evaluated individually for rewards eligibility. Of these, only one room will qualify for rewards if it meets the spend threshold of USD 250.
“Ineligible rates” do not qualify for earning Promotional D$. “Ineligible Rates” shall include, without limitation: (1) third-party online retailer rates, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline, Travelocity.com, etc. (“OTAs”) (2) tours series rates and charter rates (3) room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly; (4) travel-industry staff rates; (5) other discounted rates; (6) any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers. First stays on ineligible rates may receive DISCOVERY Dollars on a promotional basis, but these stays will not count towards tier qualification; subsequent stays on an ineligible rate will not receive D$ nor will they count towards tier qualification.
Promotion prizes – during the Promotional Stay Period
Members who make Eligible Stays will receive:
- D$25 for net eligible spends of USD 250–399.
- D$50 for net eligible spends of USD 400–499.
- D$75 for net eligible spends of USD 500 and more.
Promotional D$ are awarded in addition to the Base D$ that are issued as a result of completing the eligible stay. Promotional D$ are subject to a limited expiry term of twelve(12) months from the date of issuance and are therefore excluded from the Base D$ expiration rules. Any Base D$ earned on a member’s stay will be subject to expiration based on standard tier-based expiration rules.
