CoreLogic is rebranding to Cotality, the company announced Monday. The global rebrand reflects the company’s evolution from its origins in financial services supporting the mortgage industry to an information services provider that is creating “a faster, smarter, and more people-centric property industry,” the company said in a press release.
“This rebrand reflects innovation, evolution, and commitment to uniting property professionals – strengthening businesses, fostering relationships, and powering outcomes that balance logic and data with humanity and emotion,” said Patrick Dodd, president and CEO of Cotality. “Our name is changing to demonstrate the company’s unmatched dedication and service to clients around the world.”
The company said the new name reflects its “deep commitment to collaboration and connectivity, both internally and externally” while honoring its CoreLogic roots. The name signifies its approach of totality — delivering comprehensive data and insights across the entire property ecosystem and beyond — and the company’s spirit of vitality.
“The property ecosystem underpins the prosperity of individuals, businesses, governments, and society as a whole. But at the core, it’s people, businesses, and communities that drive it forward. Cotality’s insights build on this, by turning questions into futures you can see,” Dodd said.
Cotality unveiled a new tagline as well: Intelligence beyond bounds. This tagline is “an
embodiment of the seamless integration of data, technology, artificial intelligence, insights, and people that inspire Cotality to collaborate across the entire lifecycle of properties and
homeowners,” the company said in the release.
Kristie Vainikos Stegen, chief brand and communications officer of Cotality, added: “Our new name and tagline reflect the essence of who we are and where we’re headed. This
transformation is a natural evolution, honoring our roots while embracing a future defined by

Covering 99.9% of properties in the U.S. and with operations in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, India and Germany, Cotality leverages its data to provide analysis and insights to professionals across home lending, insurance, real estate, and
government worldwide.
Cotality has been named to the HousingWire Tech100 every year since the award program’s inception. In 2024 the company launched Araya, an AI-driven platform that leverages its extensive database.
