Real estate technology provider Constellation Real Estate Group announced on Wednesday that it is adding four new executives to its senior leadership team. Scott Petronis, Mark Mathis, Greg Beckman and Elisha Elliott will each take vice president roles at the company this year.
These hires come after Constellation Real Estate Group unified all of its businesses under one brand — Constellation1. The company said it hired the four executives to focus on developing its products and services for real estate professionals nationwide. Constellation’s offerings fall under seven subsidiaries — Market Leader, Top Producer, Showcase IDX, Diverse Solutions, Zurple, Smartzip and Offrs.
Brant Morwald, president of Constellation Real Estate Group, highlighted this massive hiring round as a key investment in the company’s future.
“We have a strong portfolio of products that support consumers, agents, teams, brokerages and brands. These new leaders are a crucial and strategic investment in our mission to create a more seamless, efficient, and frictionless real estate ecosystem, and I couldn’t be more excited to have the right team in place to drive it forward,” Morwald said.
Petronis will become senior vice president of product, bringing 25 years of leadership experience across both real estate and technology to the role. The new vice president most recently served as chief technology officer at Inside Real Estate, in addition to similar roles with eXp Realty and Onboard Informatics. Petronis is also an entrepreneur, as he owns a technology consulting company.
On the sales side, Mark Mathis will take over as senior vice president of enterprise sales. Mathis joins Constellation following a role as vice president of sales at LoopNet and Homes.com.
In his LinkedIn bio, Mathis said “I am committed to delivering top-notch customer experience. For over 20 years, I’ve focused on sales leadership, surpassing business targets, developing top talent, and building high-performance teams. I value a culture that fosters engagement, delivers positive results to our customers and celebrates accomplishments.”
Beckman, now senior vice president of technology, most recently served as vice president of product and technology for Avanti Software. Before that, he led product development and cloud transformation at CARFAX Canada. He will be focused on developing the company’s product suite.
Elliot will focus her attention on the customer as she assumes the role of senior vice president of customer experience. She will become the bridge between Constellation’s technology suite and consumers, according to the company. The York University graduate also came from Avanti Software, where she served as vice president of client experience.
