Cathay Pacific is changing its Asia Miles award charts effective April 15, 2025.
The number of miles required for awards is going up mostly by up to 5% if the examples presented are a fair representation of changes.

It is unclear if these are the only examples of mileage changes taking place, as the matrix suggests.
Conclusion
If these changes are indicative of the devaluation taking place, it is not drastic, considering what is happening with most other programs.
The mileage requirements appear to increase by up to 5%, but we cannot be sure until we have the entire chart available.
