British Airways has now launched its version of Qatar Airways’s double Avios offer, which it unveiled earlier this week (read more here).
Executive Club members can earn double Avios on select British Airways and Qatar Airways flights between January 20 and June 30, 2025, if booked after registering for this offer and by December 18.

Note that eligible flights must be operated and marketed by British Airways and/or Qatar Airways. The T&Cs state that only flights booked on BA.com qualify for the bonus Avios, and you can earn the bonus for up to 10 flights.

I’ve booked multiple flights, which flights will receive double Avios?
Double Avios is awarded on the first ten Qualifying Flights that are flown post registering and booking. The order of booking does not determine the order in which Qualifying Flights are awarded.
What can I collect double Avios on?
You have ten flights to collect double Avios on. The most important thing to remember is that a return flight e.g. London to Doha and back to London is two qualifying flights.
Eligible extras you add to your trip, including pre-paid seats, bags or upgrades, will also be eligible for double Avios.
When will I receive my double Avios?
You’ll automatically be awarded double Avios 24-48 hours after the completion of each flight, up to a maximum of ten flights.

1. Eligibility
1.1. This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a British Airways (“BA”) UK Executive Club Member. 4.4. A Qualifying Flight is:
4.4.1.. A flight operated by BA or Qatar Airways booked via ba.com in any cabin to any of the destinations listed above (excluding Reward Flights or upgrades using Avios).
4.4.2. Any other flights operated by any other BA franchises, codeshare partners or oneworld alliance members will not qualify.
4.5. Qualifying Flights can be booked as a one way, return or multi-trip bookings where each individual leg counts towards the maximum of ten Qualifying Flights.
4.5.1. One-way example: London-Doha with no return would be one Qualifying Flight.
4.5.2. Return example: London-Doha-London would be two Qualifying Flights.
4.6. Qualifying Flights are subject to availability and capacity control in the booking classes eligible for this promotion at the time of booking. BA does not accept any liability if Eligible Participants are unable to book a Qualifying Flight for their chosen period of travel.
5. Avios awarding on qualifying flights
5.1. Eligible Participants who complete any Qualifying Flights will be automatically awarded double Avios 24-48 hours after completion of each Qualifying Flights on a maximum of ten.
5.2. Double Avios is awarded on the first ten Qualifying Flights that are flown post registering and booking, however the order of booking does not determine the order in which Qualifying Flights are awarded.
6. General Terms and Conditions
6.1. If booking direct with BA via telephone on 0344 493 0787 or online at ba.com, payment by cheque will not be accepted. Bookings made over the telephone will carry a non-refundable £10 offline booking fee per person per ticket. Calls charged at local rate from landline. Calls from mobiles may vary. If you pay a Holiday Package using a corporate credit card billed in the UK, you will be charged a fee of 1% (up to a maximum of £20 per person, per transaction). Avios are not transferable and no cash or credit alternative will be offered. This promotion has no cash value. All Avios and Tier points are issued subject to the Executive Club membership Terms and Conditions.
6.2. Eligible Participants who change their travel arrangements after the date of booking will not be eligible for any Avios bonus award unless their revised travel is within the qualifying travel period and still meets the Qualifying Flight and Qualifying Holiday requirements.
6.3. All bookings under this promotion will be covered by the fare rules and conditions of the original fare. This includes any applicable refund and change fees. All refunds are subject to the fare rules for the class of ticket booked. Fare rules and conditions appear in your booking details when you access your booking on ba.com through the ‘Manage my booking’ functionality.
6.4. All Passengers are carried by BA in accordance with its General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage and its Notice and Conditions of Contract as stated on each ticket or itinerary as provided.
6.5. BA reserves the right to cancel this promotion or amend the terms of this promotion without notice in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar events beyond the reasonable control of BA.
6.6. Personal data will be taken where necessary from Eligible Participants but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of the promotion and shall be subject to BA’s Privacy Policy. 6.8. Subject to clauses 6.8.1 to 6.8.3 below, this promotion and any other non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it is governed exclusively by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales:
