Terms and Conditions:
This promotion (“Promotion”) is valid only for JAL Miles and ALL Reward Points conversions between 00.00 JST on 1 March 2025 to 23:59 JST on 31 March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, members converting their miles from JAL miles to ALL Rewards Points or converting their points from ALL Rewards Points to JAL miles, will receive a 20% bonus over the points or miles accrued on the members account as a result of the conversion. An illustration is as follows:

Members must be both a JAL Mileage Bank member and a member of ALL, Accor’s loyalty program, in order to participate in this Promotion.
Once the conversion is initiated or submitted, it is final and cannot be reversed.
JAL Mileage Bank members can only convert JAL miles to an ALL account held in their own name. A single name account cannot be linked to more than one ALL account.
Members are not authorized to convert their JAL Miles into ALL Reward points on behalf of another individual.
The processing time for the conversion to ALL Reward points is as per ALL program’s terms and conditions.
Members will receive their ALL Reward points in two separate transactions – first transaction for the regular points conversion and second transaction for the bonus points.
Members will receive the bonus ALL Reward points within 10 business days once they make the conversion successfully.
Members take sole responsibility for the information provided when filing out the conversion forms.
By participating in the Promotion, each member agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, ALL and JAL’s conditions of use of website, ALL and JAL’s Privacy Policy, and the JAL Mileage Terms and Conditions (collectively, “Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the member being disqualified at any stage of the Promotion, and any bonuses awarded may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
All decisions made by ALL or JAL, in respect to any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. ALL and JAL reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion, without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
To the extent permitted under applicable law, ALL and JAL will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any member may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment) by participating in the Promotion.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Courts.
