The flexible rate of the ” Member Week Suite Special ” is applicable to hotels participating in the program in China ( “Participating Hotels “) booked through the Accor World Mini Program channel .
You can enjoy the member week suite discount only if you meet the following conditions :
(a) Bookings must be made within the following timeframes:
- 00:00 on December 18, 2024 to 23:59 on December 24, 2024 (all times are Beijing time, both days inclusive).
(b) The stay date must be between December 19, 2024 and March 31, 2025 (the “ Stay Period ”). If a guest’s reservation begins during the Stay Period but continues beyond the Stay Period, the portion of the stay that does not occur during the Stay Period will not be eligible for the Member Week Suite Rate in accordance with these terms and conditions .
The Members’ Week Suite Special Rate is a 50% discount on the Suite Flexible Rate with Breakfast Price, and is only applicable to suite rooms and hotels with suite rooms. The applicable dates and number of rooms for the Members ‘ Week Suite Special are limited. The Members’ Week Suite Special Rate has blackout dates, including statutory holidays, school holidays, etc., and is subject to daily room availability. If a hotel suite has an applicable Members’ Week Suite Special Rate, it will be displayed at the time of booking. Rooms in participating hotels that exceed the daily event special quota will not be eligible for the Members’ Week Suite Special Rate .
Prize draw rules:
To participate in the draw, you must meet the following conditions:

Award Instructions:
- The winning results will be announced before January 25, 2025 in the comment section of the event tweet posted on the AccorHotels WeChat official account on December 18, 2024.
- Prize setting and distribution rules:
The member with the twelfth most likes on the comments will receive a prize for a two-person Tokyo Boundless Experience, including:

The above prizes are subject to the final confirmation letter sent by the customer service specialist via email. The above prizes cannot be postponed or exchanged for other gifts. Failure to travel on the designated date will be deemed as the winner’s voluntary waiver of the prize.
- Before January 25, 2025, the customer service specialist will call the winner via the mobile phone number filled in by the winner and ask the winner for the email address, and then send an electronic confirmation letter via email.
- After winning the prize, the winner should submit the prize delivery information in a timely manner and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the relevant information. If any of the following situations occurs, the winner will be deemed to have voluntarily waived the qualification to receive the prize, the prize will automatically become

The room voucher is valid from January 13, 2025 to July 15, 2025. It is not valid from March 22, 2025 to April 8, 2025. Winners are advised to contact the hotel by email one month in advance to make reservations. The organizer cannot guarantee that the winner will stay at the hotel on a specific date.
Please keep the winning screenshot/information properly for eligibility verification when redeeming the prize. If the winner fails to successfully receive the prize due to improper storage or forwarding of the winning screenshot/information, the organizer will not reissue the prize.
The prizes are for the use of the winners and their companions (if any) only and may not be transferred, sold or used for profit-making activities in any way. If such behavior occurs, the organizer has the right to cancel the winner’s qualification and take back the prize.
The prizes received cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
If any illegal or irregular behavior or behavior that violates the rules of this event occurs during participation in the event, regardless of the severity of the circumstances, the event organizer has the right to cancel the participant’s qualification for the lucky draw and take back the prizes already won.
