Chase Ultimate Rewards Conversion Partners:
Conclusion
The Case UR to IHG conversion, even at a 70% bonus, doesn’t make sense unless you need a small number of points to complete an award reservation.
I like Aeroplan and Flying Blue but for different reasons. Some Flying Blue awards (on Air France and KLM) are reasonably priced when you can find availability, while Aeroplan miles are great for partner awards with stopovers.
Again, you shouldn’t convert merely because there is a bonus offer unless you have a clear plan and path for using the miles. Otherwise, it is better to keep them in flexible convertible currency, such as Ultimate Rewards.
