Conclusion
Twenty years is a long time, and apparently, this hotel has not been refurbished since it was reflagged as a Regent from Four Seasons.
It will be interesting to see what Blackstone plans to do with the property once it closes its doors for good under the Regent brand and renovations begin. They certainly must already have an idea.
