RealReports, a property data technology firm, has entered into a partnership with MLS Now, Ohio’s largest MLS, to provide its artificial intelligence (AI)-driven real estate platform to more than 14,000 agents across Ohio and West Virginia.
The collaboration gives MLS Now members access to RealReports’ data aggregation platform and its AI tool, Aiden, which is designed to answer property-specific questions and analyze housing information in real time.

RealReports has rapidly expanded its footprint in the real estate technology sector. The deal with MLS Now marks the company’s 15th such agreement in 2025.

The RealReports platform pulls data from more than 60 nationwide sources, providing a consolidated view of individual properties. Its AI adviser, Aiden, processes large volumes of real estate data to help agents with tasks such as reviewing documents, identifying leads and preparing listings.
