Lufthansa’s Miles&More program has a weird way of selling miles, trying to masquerade it as a bundle when the other components don’t make much sense.
You can buy 250,000 miles in a calendar year using these bundles, not counting the bonus. There is a 15% discount for purchasing any of these bundles through February 28, 2025.

Miles Prices in EUR, GBP & USD
100,000 miles in EUR = 1,487.50 (price per mile in euro cents = 1.49)
100,000 miles in GBP = 1,283.50 (price per mile in euro cents = 1.54)
100,000 miles in USD = 1,572.50 (price per mile in euro cents = 1.52)
The price is almost identical in all currencies, the price in the Euro being the cheapest.
Conclusion
Whether buying Miles&More miles makes sense, depends on how you use them. Some Miles&More rewards require a very high fuel/carrier surcharge, but you can redeem Flex awards with minimal/reasonable fees.
The price during this 15% off sale is high, as there are 50% bonus for buying these bundles several times a year.
