Accor and Bilt launched a conversion partnership in October (read more here). The partnership allows Bilt Rewards members to convert points to ALL at a 3:2 ratio.
Now, Bilt has launched a “status match” offer that allows Bilt Rewards members to get ALL Silver, Gold, or Platinum through December 31, 2025.
You can access Bilt’s page for Accor match here and Accor’s page for Bilt here.

Note that Accor ALL Silver status is available for all Bilt Rewards members, even those without any previous activity.
The Accor ALL Gold and Platinum tiers require you to have Bilt Silver/Gold/Platinum and convert a specific minimum number of points from Bilt to Accor.
Bilt Blue (no status – can be a new account) = Accor ALL Silver
Accor ALL grants Silver status to everyone with a Bilt account (it can be new with no status). The main benefit of Silver status is a complimentary drink for two.
Select Bilt members can renew their matched Accor Silver status through December 31, 2026, by staying 3 nights in 2025.
Bilt Silver & Gold = Accor ALL Gold
The main benefit of Accor ALL Cold is the complimentary drink vouchers for two.
None of the other benefits are guaranteed, and your early check-in/late check-out and upgrade are processed after Limitless, Diamond, and Platinum members have been accommodated.
Bilt Silver members can get Accor ALL Gold by signing up for the match and converting 5,000 Bilt Rewards points to Accor, which converts them into 3,333 ALL points (worth 67 euros towards most paid rates).
Bilt Gold members can get Accor ALL Gold by signing up for the match + converting 2,000 Bilt Rewards points to Accor, where they become 1,333 ALL points (worth 27 euros towards most paid rates).
Select Bilt members can renew their matched Accor Gold status through December 31, 2026, by staying 8 nights in 2025.
Accor ALL Gold members can later use the match and get Qatar Airways Privilege Club Silver (Oneworld Ruby) status after ONE flight (read more here).
Bilt Platinum = Accor ALL Platinum
Here is where things get more interesting benefit-wise if your travels take you primarily outside of North America.
Lounge access is NOT a Platinum benefit at Fairmont hotels, which you mostly find in Canada and the United States. Your ALL status must be at least Diamond to get access to these. I am not sure how many other Accor hotels in North America have lounges, but this must be somewhere between 5 and 10 at max.
Also, breakfast is only a benefit for stays in Asia-Pacific, although Diamond members also get it for stays over Friday and Saturday nights worldwide.
Bilt Platinum members can get Accor ALL Platinum by signing up for the match and converting 5,000 Bilt Rewards points to Accor, which converts them into 3,333 ALL points (worth 67 euros towards most paid rates).
The Bilt’s match to Accor ALL Platinum also comes with two Suite Night Upgrade certificates, each valid for one night. However, you may have to book an inflated rate to apply them, and they are not accepted by all properties.
You can also link your Accor ALL Platinum with Qatar Airways and match it to Privilege Club Gold (Oneworld Sapphire) after ONE Qatar Airways flight.
Note that it is unclear how Accor ALL matches from Bilt are processed.
Do they deposit the required number of nights or base points to member accounts OR grant the status without any nights or base points?
This determines how easy it would be to get from Platinum to Diamond, which can only be earned on base points. Silver to Gold and Gold to Platinum can be earned on nights or base points.
Accor ALL Subscription Products:
Note that Accor has several subscription products that come with elite qualifying nights: ALL PLUS ibis/Voyager, Accor Plus, and ALL Plus China, and then there is ALL Signature that comes with elite qualifying points:
- Accor Plus – Asia Pacific (read more here)
- ALL Signature – Brazil (read more here)
- Ennismore Dis-loyalty – only Ennismore properties (read more here)
- ALL PLUS Voyager / ALL PLUS ibis – worldwide (read more here)
- ALL PLUS China – Mainland China (read more here)
Accor ALL Elite Benefits Matrix:
You can qualify for the Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers with points or elite qualifying nights. However, Diamond status is only available with base points.
Accor ALL & Qatar Airways Privilege Club Match:
Accor ALL & Qatar Airways Privilege Club Cross Rewards + Fast Track
You must first link your Accor ALL account with Qatar Airways and then take at least one Qatar Airways fight. The Privilege Club account is updated in real-time.
- ALL Gold = Privilege Club Silver
- Accor Platinum = Privilege Club Gold
- Accor Diamond = Privilege Club Platinum
Conclusion
If you have Bilt Platinum status, taking advantage of this status match opportunity makes sense. You never know what other opportunities might arise.
I doubt many will benefit from it, as Accor’s footprint in North America is virtually nonexistent compared to Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Marriott. The benefit (breakfast) that most members care about is only available at the Platinum level in Asia-Pacific.
Early check-in and late check-out are never guaranteed benefits at any ALL level. Accor ALL doesn’t offer complimentary suite upgrades as an official elite-level benefit, but many hotels do offer them to Limitless, Diamond, and Platinum members (in this order).
The suite upgrade certificates that come with the Platinum membership can each upgrade ONE night, and rate and suite exclusions also apply.
The unanswered question is how Accor processes these matches. Do they just update the account status without nights and/or points, or do they come with either nights and/or points that could help members retain or reach a higher tier?
I do stay at Accor properties, have ALL Platinum status through 2050, and quite enjoy some of the hotels, but I feel that this offer Is irrelevant for 99% of the rent-paying Bilt Rewards members in the United States.
BTW, have you noticed how Bilt nowadays tries to downplay their unique selling point (getting points for rent) and push all kinds of other program features/merchants they get paid for to referring customers? The reason behind this is that the issuer of this card is losing their shirt on it to the tune of $120M per year:
