You should be very careful when someone on social media replies to your message and asks you to DM them or send them information in any other way.

There is also an issue when you Google airline phone numbers. What comes up on these searches is not necessarily real, but you may end up with a shop that takes over the reservation, makes changes (perhaps even cancels it), and charges you excess fees.
That is likely what is happening here as well. This fake “Anna Whites” will eventually ask for your credit card details for fees or perhaps take over your Finnair Plus account and clean it up from any Avios you may have sitting there.
Unfortunately, nobody is left at the ex-Twitter to whom you could report these profiles and who would take them down.
