The new designs reflect a departure from the previous FineWoven iPhone case line, which faced criticism. Notably, the updated Beats cases have the iconic Beats B logo on the back, replacing the earlier MagSafe outline while maintaining MagSafe compatibility.
The earlier versions included options such as Midnight Black, Summit Stone, Riptide Blue, and Sunset Purple.
Beats has labeled the new color offerings as “Special Edition,” a nod to their distinct design elements. Each of the new cases ensures compatibility with the iPhone 16 lineup’s Camera Control feature, utilizing a sapphire crystal and a conductive layer for enhanced functionality.
In terms of specifications, the hardshell polycarbonate back of the new cases is complemented by flexible sidewalls designed for optimal shock absorption, keeping the cases thin and lightweight. The outer surface is treated with a glossy scratch-resistant coating, enhancing durability, while the soft microfiber lining safeguards the devices against scratches.
