Hilton offers a very competitive team member discount travel program and something for Friends & Family of employees as well.
There are some positive program changes announced that will go live by early 2025.

Hilton calls the employee discounts “Go Hilton Team Member” and the rates are really low when available, Friends & Family “Go Hilton Family Friends Rate” and “Go Hilton Extra FFTP.”
Go Hilton Team Member Changes for 2025
Team Member and Owners Club members have been eligible for 30 deeply discounted nights yearly, which is increased by 10 nights to 40 nights.
There won’t be a change to the number of Friends & Family nights available over a calendar year (70) that Team members can also use if they hit their own ceiling (40 nights in 2025).
The rate availability will stay the same, and the rate plan should be available if the hotel’s expected occupancy is below 90%.
Hilton, in their communication, shared a tidbit that 15,000 Team Members globally had fully utilized their 30-night Go Hilton cap last year.
The rate plan also comes with a $1 nightly donation, and this has generated close to $10M to the Hilton Global Foundation and Team Member Assistance Fund.

All hotels offer deeply discounted rates for their employee leisure travel, which is good because it benefits everyone that hotel staff get to experience various properties, collect loyalty program points/nights, and see how the benefits are delivered at various brands.
Go Hilton and Friends & Family rates are eligible under Hilton Honors for all benefits, qualifying nights/stays, and based/bonus points.
