Accor and Qatar Airways launched a cross-over rewards program during the pandemic in 2022 (read more here). The program allows you to earn points and miles for hotel stays and flights, and you can also fast-track your Privilege Club status.
Now, there is a Boost Campaign to celebrate the partnership’s second anniversary. Between December 1 and January 31, 2025, you can earn double ALL points for Qatar flights or double Avios for Accor stays.

Conclusion
You should link your Accor ALL account with one of their airline partners: Air France – KLM, Qatar Airways, or Qantas. Each has its own strengths and weaknesses, i.e., you can only earn Qantas points for Accor stays in Asia-Pacific.
The Accor and Qatar pages for these double points/Avios offers are unclear and contradictory. They state that you can earn double Avios for a STAY and elsewhere for STAYS.
