Accor loves various subscription card products (it currently has five ), and they launched an ALL Signature originally only for members in Brazil back in 2022 (read more here and here).
The product has been open for everyone for a while (they originally had a CPF requirement), and the signup pages are now also available in English (probably an indication of where the demand is). There is now a promotion that allows you to earn 12,000 status and 1,500 euros worth of awards points over 12 months for 975 euros.

Accor ALL Signature Consumer Week Sign-Up Offers:

ALL Signature Benefits Matrix:
The Absolute comes with 1,000 status and 5,000 award points monthly, plus 5,000 bonus award points every four months.
There are two main benefits of ALL Signature Absolute:
1. Bonus ALL Points
You receive 5,000 ALL points per month + an additional 5,000 bonus points every 4 months for 75,000 ALL points in 12 months.
75,000 ALL points are worth 1,500 euros towards Accor hotel stays (and you can transfer them to some partners that is generally NOT worth it).
The non-discounted price of ALL SIGNATURE is 6,720 BRL, which is $1,159 or 1,069 euros. The current one at 9% off is $1,057 or 975 euros.
2. Status Points
ALL Signature comes with 1,000 status points per month for a total of 12,000 status points per year. However, it does not come with bonus nights like Accor’s ALL PLUS cards in Europe (Voyageur and IBIS) and China or Accor Plus in Asia-Pacific.
Bonus Benefit
+ There is an additional benefit not mentioned in the matrix above. ALL SIGNATURE members seem eligible for higher bonus points on some of Accor ALL’s promotions for stays in Brazil, Latin, and North America, and there are occasional other bonus opportunities.
Accor ALL Status Requirements:
Based on the monthly status points earned from ALL Signature Absolute, you will be very close to qualifying for Platinum status (you need less than 1,000 euros), and you can reach Diamond by spending 5,600 euros (at brands that award full points).

Note that you need to cancel the automatic renewal after you purchase the product so that you can renew or not with a discount next year.
Conclusion
Accor offers discounted ALL Signature subscriptions a few times a year, but the Black Friday one is usually the best (read more about last year’s offer here). The discount last time was 15%.
The program essentially allows you to buy a “fast track” to Platinum on the spend. Over 12 months, you earn a nice chunk of ALL award points at a significant discount that you can later use towards stays.
ALL Signature includes other benefits that are irrelevant to those not living or frequently traveling to Brazil.
There is no downside to signing up for ALL Signature Absolute, as the award points earned alone cover the purchase price and then some.
