Hilton announced a partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) back in February (read more here), which previously was partnered with Hyatt.
Honors members can earn points for SLH hotels booked through Hilton channels (not directly with the hotel or through SLH) and are eligible for minimal elite benefits beyond being able to redeem their points for stays.
You can access Hilton’s page for SLH here.

Hilton has now made two very small but significant changes to the Terms and Conditions of its SLH partnership:
The following information forms the basis participating hotels of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (“SLH”)’s participation in the Hilton Honors Member Reward Program (“Hilton Honors” or “Program”). These SLH + Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions (“SLH + Honors Terms and Conditions”) are hereby incorporated into the Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions that govern the Hilton Honors Program, available at:
Hilton now emphasizes that not ALL SLH hotels participate within this Hilton/SLH framework. Since September, no new SLH hotel has joined this partnership (there are 393/394 SLH hotels with Hilton linkage).
Complimentary Continental Breakfast (for 2 guests)
Hilton has added the word “continental” for the Gold and Diamond member breakfast benefit for SLH hotels. This is now in line with Gold and Diamond benefits for hotels outside of the United States, where they only get the F&B credit.

This is basically cleaning up the partnership T&Cs.
It may surprise a few that you do need to book these SLH hotels through Hilton to get any benefits or earn elite qualifying stays/nights/points. If you book directly with the hotel or SLH, they are not qualifying.
The Gold and Diamond member continental breakfast for two when staying at SLH hotels now aligns this benefit with other Hilton brands.
