Accor and Qantas launched crossover rewards in 2021 (read more here), modeled on what Accor had in place with Air France—KLM. They later launched something similar with Qatar and Azul.
Accor ALL and Qantas members who have linked their accounts earn ALL points for Qantas flights, and Qantas points for Accor stays in Asia-Pacific. However, earning ALL points for Qantas flights has now been cut in half.
You can access Accor’s page for Qantas partnership here.

Members that have linked their Accor and Qantas accounts earn:
3 Qantas points for every A$1 spent at Accor hotels in Asia-Pacific (no change).
Accor Gold or Qantas Gold and higher members now earn 1 ALL point for every A$4 in eligible Qantas flights, and this previously was 1 ALL point for every A$2.
This is somewhat confusing because Accor and Qantas recently enhanced the conversion ratio of ALL to Qantas:
Accor ALL & Qantas Conversion Ratio Enhancement (Positive!)
Conclusion
Linking your account with one of Accor’s airline partners for crossover earning purposes has no downside.
Qantas is the most reasonable choice if most of your stays are in Asia-Pacific because the earnings for hotel stays are far better than with Air France – KLM or Qatar.
The earnings for Qantas flights for ALL members are not great, and you must credit those flights for Qantas’ program, which is not necessarily the best choice.
I wish these companies would be more open about these changes rather than quietly updating their web pages.
