Turkish Airlines has a hard expiry on their award miles, but you can extend them for cash like I did with Singapore Airlines (read more here).

Extending Miles feature allows you to defer the expiration of your Miles for 3 calender years, by doing this you can save time to enjoy Miles&Smiles privileges.
It’s the proper time to extend the validity of your Miles with a 25% discount!
The standard price for extending 1,000 miles is $20. This is essentially 1.5 cents for each extended mile, which is rather high.
Conclusion
Miles&Smiles had a massive award devaluation recently, and these miles are not worth a lot today.
I usually allow a small number of miles to expire if they are with programs I don’t actively participate in, and if there is nothing reasonable you can do with them.
